Do you deliver purchased products?
Yes, we use our delivery agents to make sure your products reach you in time. We deliver countrywide within 24 hours and in less than 2 hours within Nairobi. We charge a small fee for all deliveries, except for CBD which is free. For deliveries outside Nairobi, we will use your preferred courier service at your own cost.
How does one place an order?
Simply locate your product, add it to cart and proceed to checkout. On the checkout page, simply enter the required details and make payment either via Till Number 713764 or choose the option to pay via cash upon delivery. Please remember the “Pay via Cash on Delivery” option is only available within Nairobi.
Do your products have a warranty?
Yes, ALL our products are covered by warranty, ranging from 6-months to 1 year. This will be indicated for every product purchased from laptopparts.co.ke
How do I pay for my order?
Simple. Simply choose to pay via Mpesa, go to buy goods and services, and choose buy goods. Enter the till number 713764, enter the amount, and finally your pin. Alternatively, you can opt to pay via cash upon delivery but this option is limited to within Nairobi only.
Are your products genuine?
We value your trust when shopping with us and therefore retail only genuine products. Even our replacement products are of the best quality and will work as promised.
Do you have a return policy?
Yes. If for any reason any product purchased from us is not working and is suspected to be faulty (which is hardly possible as we test before dispatch), please alert our customer care agents on Phone: +254-700-109-999 or Whatsapp: +254-731-666-027. Do this as soon as you receive the product.
